Lovely, clean, comfortable room. Quiet hotel. Great Indian restaurant nearby. Reasonable breakfast selection. Fast service. Eggs Benedict was lovely. Budget-friendly option.

This hotel impressed me with its excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location in the village center. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that basic amenities were provided and that the rooms on a lower level were equipped with comfortable beds. Additionally, I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air and the breakfast was deliciously satisfying.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The place was fairly clean, I liked its location and staff. The rooms were brand-new with comfortable beds. I had a perfectly pleasant time...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming staff. They provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary parking and a speedy check, in process, which made our arrival hassle, free. Another advantage was the recently refurbished room, which was clean and well, maintained, offering a spacious bed and all the necessary amenities.

We did have a few minor issues during our stay. the bed in our room was not very comfortable, but since we were only staying for one night, it was bearable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was extremely convenient, especially for those using public transport. It was also situated in the village center, making it easy to explore. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and make my stay comfortable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the windows could be opened for fresh air. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a decent selection.

All in all, my stay was satisfactory without any major issues.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the train station, making it very convenient for transportation. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, providing us with plenty of dining options. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the canal, which allowed us to enjoy a scenic and enjoyable cycling experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the comfort of the beds. As a standard adult, I found the single bed to be uncomfortable, resulting in a few nights where I had to sleep on the floor instead.

Very reasonable price near Birmingham city center and railway station. Great for exploring Bullring and Xmas market. Easy access to NEC, around 10mins by car. Kurdish chef makes personalized breakfast. Free on-site parking. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Close to Acocks Green station and shops. Good breakfast served by cheerful staff.
